The Jack Legendre Legacy Giving Society
Jack Legendre sat on the Meals on Wheels Board of Directors as the Vice Chairman. He devoted his passion for this community to serving the seniors and veterans whom he so deeply adored. Jack and his wife Heidi raised their children in Montgomery County. He had a wildly successful career at Woodforest National Bank, he had a fierce love for LSU Tigers, and he had a circle of friends who couldn’t get enough of him. Jack passed away shortly after his nomination to be Board Chairman. Heidi Legendre continues to serve in his honor on the Meals on Wheels Board of Directors.
We have chosen to name our Legacy Giving after Jack. He is a legacy in his own right because everyone who knew him still strives to live their life the way he did…having the time of your life and making the most of every day. #LiveLikeJack
